Rug Journey

First we dye the materials for the rug using a dye master.
1
2
A Naksha master creates a rug pattern map for the weavers to follow.
3
5
Once weaving is complete the rug is washed and then dried in the sun.
4
The rug is finished by hand, and trimmed to the right pile height.

7
We receive pictures along the way for approval. A small sample can also be sent out ahead of time if requested.
6
Once dry, the wool and cotton is spun to correct thickness for knot number.
Lastly, the rug is packed and shipped directly to you.
